Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I’m here to help! I offer free exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method for a restocking fee of $10. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be carefully repackaged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  2. Please email me to notify me of the return and include the reason for the return and the date shipped to info@whimsandblooms.com

Additional Information:

  • Refunds to your original payment method will be completed within 3-5 days of receipt of your return.
  • Lost or damaged returns will only be partially refunded
